CCB Breathwork
In a CCB Breathwork Session you will be guided through what is commonly known as the Conscious Connected Breath (CCB). This technique is conscious because we bring our attention to the breath and connected because there is no pause between the inhale and exhale.
The session will begin with an initial consultation and breath assessment, exploring your intention and what it is you would like to work on in the session.
During a CCB session you are in the the drivers seat.
Exploring your inner landscape, this technique gives you the permission to go deeper into your Self, allowing the expression of stored emotions to be witnessed, recognised, felt and released in a safe and held container.
Our philosophy is that your body knows exactly what it needs and every session will look different.
This experience typically runs for 60-90 minutes, available as a Private 1:1 or Group Session, and can be tailored to your specific needs and breathing capabilities.

The session will typically run for 60-90 minutes. We will begin with an initial consultation, breath assessment, and intention setting before moving into the CCB breathing technique.
Throughout the process, you may notice some shifts in temperature, cramping of the hands, face or feet, emotional release and bodily sensations - this is all perfectly normal and all welcome. At the end of the session there is plenty of time for integration, allowing you to settle back into the body and reflect on your experience. -
When we bring conscious awareness to the breath, we are able to turn our attention inwards and feel what is waiting to be felt, taking strain off of our nervous system whilst creating a sense of safety in the body. This can result in a wider window of tolerance for everyday stress, reduced anxiety, greater sense of body awareness, improved sleep, enhanced mental clarity and focus, just to name a few. The breath is key to taking ownership of our lives.
