Yoga Flow

Our Yoga Flow practice led by Daniel weaves ancient shamanic and yogic wisdom with dynamic asana flows, guiding exploration of the body and breath, uncovering the beauty within the deeper layers of the Self. The practice of yoga is ancient, and Dan aims to honour the Yogic tradition throughout - this is an invitation to deepen your relationship with body, mind and soul.

In the session you will be led through a Vinyasa or Yin practice which includes guided meditation, pranayama techniques (yogic breathing), slow and gentle asanas (poses) before closing with an immersive sound bath.

This experience typically runs for 60-90 minutes, available as a Private 1:1 or Group Session, and can be tailored to your specific needs.

If it’s your first time practicing or you’re a seasoned yogi, Dan welcomes you to join and experience the benefits of yoga in an intentional and sacred space.
