These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Sacred Ritual website, online platforms, classes, workshops, retreats, memberships, digital content, and all related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing, booking, purchasing, or participating in any Services provided by Sacred Ritual (“Sacred Ritual”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

1. Eligibility

By using the Services, you confirm that:

• you are at least 18 years of age, or

• you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You also confirm that any information you provide to us is accurate and complete.

2. Services

Sacred Ritual provides wellness and educational services including but not limited to:

• Yoga classes

• Breathwork sessions

• Meditation and mindfulness practices

• Workshops and events

• Retreats

• Online programs and courses

• Memberships and subscriptions

• Digital resources and recordings

• Wellness coaching and related offerings

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, remove, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice.

3. Health & Medical Disclaimer

The Services provided by Sacred Ritual are intended for educational, informational, and general wellbeing purposes only.

Our Services are not medical, psychological, therapeutic, psychiatric, or healthcare services and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.

By participating in any Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• yoga, breathwork, meditation, movement, and wellness practices involve inherent physical, emotional, and psychological risks;

• participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk;

• you are responsible for monitoring your own physical and mental condition during participation;

• certain practices may result in dizziness, emotional release, altered breathing patterns, physical discomfort, or other reactions;

• you should consult a qualified medical professional before participating if you have any health concerns.

You must not participate in breathwork or related practices without prior medical approval if you have, or suspect you may have:

• cardiovascular conditions;

• epilepsy or seizures;

• respiratory conditions;

• high or low blood pressure concerns;

• severe mental health conditions;

• recent surgery or injury;

• pregnancy-related concerns; or

• any other condition that may make participation unsafe.

You agree to cease participation immediately if you experience pain, faintness, distress, discomfort, breathing difficulty, or any adverse symptoms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sacred Ritual disclaims liability for any injury, illness, loss, damage, psychological reaction, or adverse outcome arising from participation in the Services.

4. Personal Responsibility

You acknowledge that your participation in the Services is voluntary and that you are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, health, wellbeing, and outcomes.
Any information provided through the Services, whether verbally, digitally, physically, or otherwise, is general in nature and should not be considered medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

5. Bookings & Payments

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be received in full prior to participation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Sacred Ritual reserves the right to:

• refuse bookings;

• cancel or reschedule Services;

• limit participation numbers;

• suspend or terminate access to Services;

• correct pricing errors or inaccuracies.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

6. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

Please review our Return Policy posted on the Services prior to making any purchases.
Sacred Ritual reserves the right to determine eligibility for cancellations, credits, transfers, refunds, or rescheduling in accordance with the applicable Return Policy.

7. Memberships & Subscriptions

Where applicable, memberships or subscription-based Services may renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
You are responsible for managing your subscription and ensuring payment information remains current.
Sacred Ritual reserves the right to modify membership inclusions, pricing, schedules, or benefits at any time.

8. Online Programs & Digital Content

Access to online content, recordings, downloads, courses, and digital materials is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
You must not:

• reproduce;

• distribute;

• copy;

• record;

• screen capture;

• modify;

• sell;

• sublicense;

• publicly share; or

• commercially exploit

any portion of the Services or content without prior written consent from Sacred Ritual.
Access to digital content may be revoked where misuse is suspected.

9. Intellectual Property

All content made available through the Services, including but not limited to:

• logos;

• branding;

• graphics;

• videos;

• audio recordings;

• class content;

• text;

• course materials;

• downloads;

• designs;

• trademarks; and

• website content

is owned by or licensed to Sacred Ritual and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership rights in any intellectual property belonging to Sacred Ritual.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• engage in unlawful conduct;

• disrupt or interfere with the Services;

• harass, abuse, or intimidate others;

• upload malicious software or harmful material;

• misuse the website or online platforms;

• impersonate another person;

• record sessions without permission;

• share confidential materials or participant information.

Sacred Ritual reserves the right to remove participants or terminate access to Services at its discretion.

11. Retreats, Events & In-Person Services

Participation in retreats, workshops, events, and in-person Services is at your own risk.

You are responsible for:

• arranging your own travel and insurance;

• ensuring you arrive on time;

• complying with venue rules and safety instructions;

• disclosing relevant health conditions where appropriate.

Sacred Ritual is not responsible for:

• travel disruptions;

• accommodation issues;

• weather conditions;

• personal belongings;

• third-party providers;

• injuries or losses occurring during events.

12. Third-Party Platforms & Services

The Services may include links to third-party websites, software, payment providers, streaming platforms, or applications.
Sacred Ritual does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, content, security, policies, or availability.
Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Services may involve the collection, storage, and processing of personal information.
By using the Services, you consent to Sacred Ritual collecting and handling your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sacred Ritual excludes all liability for any:

• injury;

• illness;

• loss;

• claim;

• liability;

• damage;

• expense; or

• consequential loss

arising directly or indirectly from:

• participation in the Services;

• reliance on information provided;

• interruption or unavailability of Services;

• third-party platforms;

• online transmissions;

• technical failures; or

• acts beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Where liability cannot be excluded, Sacred Ritual’s liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sacred Ritual, its owners, employees, contractors, facilitators, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• your participation in the Services;

• your breach of these Terms;

• misuse of the Services; or

• violation of any law or third-party rights.

16. Force Majeure

Sacred Ritual is not liable for any delay, cancellation, failure, or interruption caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• natural disasters;

• illness;

• government restrictions;

• internet outages;

• venue closures;

• power failures;

• pandemics; or

• emergencies.

17. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services at any time where we reasonably believe:

• these Terms have been breached;

• participation poses a risk to others;

• unlawful or inappropriate conduct has occurred.

• Termination does not affect any accrued rights or obligations.

18. Changes to Terms

Sacred Ritual may update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Updated Terms become effective immediately upon publication on our website or Services.
Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
